Tarta de Espinaca y Queso (Imprimir)

Deliciosa combinación de espinacas frescas y quesos cremosos sobre una base crujiente de papa. Ideal para una comida ligera.

# Ingredientes:

→ For the crust

01 - 3 medium potatoes, grated
02 - 1 egg
03 - 2 tablespoons flour
04 - Salt and pepper to taste
05 - 1 teaspoon olive oil (for greasing the pan)

→ For the filling

06 - 300 g fresh spinach
07 - 200 g feta or ricotta cheese
08 - 100 g grated cheese (mozzarella or parmesan)
09 - 1 small onion, chopped
10 - 2 eggs
11 - 200 ml heavy cream
12 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
13 - Salt and pepper to taste
14 - Nutmeg to taste

# Instrucciones:

01 - Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and lightly grease a round baking dish with olive oil.
02 - In a large bowl, mix the grated potatoes with the egg, flour, salt, and pepper. Press this mixture into the bottom and sides of the baking dish to create a crust.
03 - Bake the potato crust for 15-20 minutes, or until golden and slightly crispy.
04 - In a pan, heat the olive oil and sauté the onion until translucent. Add the spinach and cook until wilted. Drain any excess liquid.
05 - In a bowl, whisk the eggs with the heavy cream, seasoning with salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Add the crumbled feta (or ricotta) and grated cheese.
06 - Mix the cooked spinach with the cheese and egg mixture, then pour it over the baked potato crust.
07 - Bake the tart for 30-35 minutes, or until the filling is set and golden on top.
08 - Let the tart rest for a few minutes before serving.

# Notas:

01 - Serve warm or at room temperature. Pair with a light salad for a complete meal. Substitute spinach with other greens if desired.
