# Ingredientes:

→ Gazpacho

01 - 2 medium ripe tomatoes, cored and chopped
02 - 1/2 cucumber, peeled and chopped
03 - 1/2 red bell pepper, seeded and chopped
04 - 1 small garlic clove, minced
05 - 1/4 small red onion, chopped
06 - 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
07 - 1 tablespoon sherry vinegar or red wine vinegar
08 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
09 - 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
10 - 1/2 teaspoon sugar (optional, to taste)
11 - 1/2 cup cold water

→ Soda Float

12 - 1 cup lemon-lime soda, chilled (such as Sprite or 7-Up)
13 - 8 small scoops lemon sorbet (about 1/2 tablespoon each)

→ Garnish

14 - Fresh basil leaves, small
15 - Extra virgin olive oil for drizzling

# Instrucciones:

01 - Place tomatoes, cucumber, red bell pepper, garlic, red onion, olive oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, sugar, and water in a blender. Process until exceptionally smooth.
02 - Taste and make any necessary adjustments to seasoning. Transfer mixture to the refrigerator and chill for at least 1 hour to allow flavors to develop fully.
03 - Distribute the chilled gazpacho evenly into shot glasses, filling each glass about two-thirds full.
04 - Use a melon baller or small ice cream scoop to place a small scoop of lemon sorbet into each glass of gazpacho.
05 - Carefully pour a splash of chilled lemon-lime soda over the sorbet to produce a fizzy float effect.
06 - Garnish each shooter with a fresh basil leaf and a light drizzle of extra virgin olive oil. Serve immediately for optimal texture.
