Patatas al Ajo Cabañil (Imprimir)

Crujientes patatas sazonadas con ajo y pimentón, una auténtica delicia de la cocina española lista en solo 45 minutos.

# Ingredientes:

→ Potatoes

01 - 800 g waxy potatoes

→ Aromatics

02 - 6 cloves garlic, minced
03 - 1 teaspoon paprika (sweet or smoked)

→ Oils

04 - 4 tablespoons olive oil

→ Seasoning

05 - Salt, to taste
06 - Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

→ Garnish

07 - Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

# Instrucciones:

01 - Peel the potatoes and cut them into bite-sized cubes.
02 - In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil and add the potato cubes. Cook for about 10 minutes until slightly tender, then drain and set aside.
03 - In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.
04 - Add the drained potatoes to the skillet and sprinkle with paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss gently to coat the potatoes evenly in the garlic oil.
05 - Cook the potatoes for about 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are golden brown and crispy on the outside.
06 - Serve hot, garnished with chopped fresh parsley if desired.

# Notas:

01 - For extra flavor, you can add a pinch of cayenne pepper for heat.
02 - Serve with a side of aioli or a fresh green salad.
