Manchego con Membrillo y Nueces (Imprimir)

Exquisita tapa española que combina el sabor del queso Manchego con la dulzura del membrillo y la textura de las nueces.

# Ingredientes:

→ Main Components

01 - 150 g aged Manchego cheese, cut into thin wedges
02 - 100 g quince paste (membrillo), cut into small cubes or slices
03 - 1/4 cup Marcona almonds or toasted walnuts

→ Optional Garnish

04 - Fresh rosemary or thyme sprigs
05 - Honey for drizzling
06 - Cracked black pepper

# Instrucciones:

01 - Cut the Manchego cheese and quince paste into matching sizes (approximately 1-inch squares or slices for stacking).
02 - Stack a piece of quince paste on top of each cheese wedge. Top with a Marcona almond or walnut half.
03 - Add a small sprig of rosemary or a light drizzle of honey if desired.
04 - Arrange on a platter and serve at room temperature.

# Notas:

01 - For a more elegant presentation, skewer each bite with a toothpick.
02 - Excellent served with a glass of dry sherry, cava, or Rioja.
03 - Substitute aged Gouda if Manchego is unavailable.
