Gazpacho de sandía y tomate (Imprimir)

Gazpacho frío con sandía y tomate, mezcla refrescante para días calurosos, vegano y sin gluten.

# Ingredientes:

01 - 2 cups watermelon, diced
02 - 2 cups ripe tomatoes, diced
03 - 1 cucumber, peeled and diced
04 - 1 red bell pepper, diced
05 - 1/2 red onion, chopped
06 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
07 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
08 - 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
09 - Salt and black pepper to taste

# Instrucciones:

01 - In a blender, combine the watermelon, tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, red onion, and garlic.
02 - Blend until smooth, then add the olive oil and red wine vinegar. Blend again until well mixed.
03 - Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.

01 - Serve garnished with diced cucumber or croutons for added texture.
02 - Pair with a crisp white wine or a refreshing sparkling water.
