# Instrucciones:
01 - Combine water, sugar, salt, and butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a gentle boil.
02 - Add flour to the saucepan and stir vigorously until the mixture forms a smooth dough. Remove from heat and cool for 5 minutes.
03 - Beat in eggs, one at a time, using a hand mixer or sturdy spoon until fully incorporated and smooth.
04 - Transfer dough to a piping bag fitted with a large star tip. Pipe 10 cm (4-inch) strips onto a parchment-lined tray.
05 - Heat vegetable oil in a deep pot or fryer to 350°F (180°C). Fry churros in batches until golden and crisp, about 2-3 minutes. Drain excess oil using a slotted spoon or tongs.
06 - Combine sugar and cinnamon in a bowl. Roll warm churros in cinnamon sugar until evenly coated.
07 - Warm heavy cream in a small saucepan. Pour over chocolate chips and stir until smooth and glossy. Add cayenne pepper if desired.
08 - Place fried churros in serving glasses or bowls. Pour chilled cola over churros and top with chocolate sauce.
09 - Garnish with whipped cream and a maraschino cherry. Serve immediately.
