# Instrucciones:

- Preheat oven to 430°F. Toss potatoes with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika. Spread cubes in a single layer on a baking sheet. Roast for 30–35 minutes, turning once, until golden and crisp.
- Heat olive oil in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Sauté onion for 4 minutes until translucent. Add garlic, smoked paprika, and cayenne pepper; cook for 1 minute. Stir in crushed tomatoes and sugar, simmer 8–10 minutes until thickened. Season with salt and blend if smoother texture is desired.
- Reduce oven temperature to 350°F. Melt butter and chocolate in a heatproof bowl set over simmering water, stirring until smooth. Remove from heat; whisk in sugar, eggs, and vanilla until glossy. Gently fold in flour and salt until combined. Spread batter evenly in a lined 8-inch square baking pan. Bake 20–25 minutes until edges are set and center remains moist. Cool completely before cutting into squares.
- On a large board or platter, elegantly arrange cured meats, cheeses, olives, cornichons, roasted peppers, nuts, dried fruits, and grapes. Add sliced baguette and crackers. Place roasted Patatas Bravas in a bowl with Bravas sauce on the side or drizzled over potatoes. Present brownie squares separately or at a corner of the board for a distinctive sweet finish.
