Brochetas de gambas limón pimentón (Imprimir)

Gambas jugosas en brocheta con un toque fresco de limón y pimentón ahumado, ideales para asar.

# Ingredientes:

→ Seafood

01 - 500 g large shrimp, peeled and deveined

→ Marinade

02 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
03 - Juice of 1 lemon
04 - 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
05 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
06 - Salt and pepper to taste

→ Garnish

07 - Fresh parsley, chopped
08 - Lemon wedges, for serving

# Instrucciones:

01 - In a bowl, combine the olive oil, lemon juice, smoked paprika, minced garlic, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.
02 - Add the shrimp to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Let marinate for at least 10 minutes.
03 - Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
04 - Thread the marinated shrimp onto skewers.
05 - Grill the skewers for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until the shrimp are opaque and cooked through.
06 - Remove from the grill and garnish with chopped parsley and lemon wedges before serving.

01 - Serve with a side of crusty bread for a complete meal.
02 - For a spicier kick, add a pinch of cayenne pepper to the marinade.
