Delicioso sándwich con jamón, pavo y queso, bañado en huevo y frito hasta dorarse. ¡Perfecto para brunch o almuerzo sustancioso!

# Ingredientes:

→ Bread

01 - 4 slices of white or brioche bread

→ Meats

02 - 2 slices of ham
03 - 2 slices of turkey

→ Cheese

04 - 2 slices of Swiss cheese

→ Eggs

05 - 2 large eggs

→ Dairy

06 - 1/4 cup of milk

→ Spices

07 - Salt and pepper to taste

→ Fats

08 - 2 tablespoons of butter

→ Optional

09 - Powdered sugar for dusting
10 - Jam or syrup for serving

# Instrucciones:

01 - In a shallow bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
02 - Layer ham, turkey, and Swiss cheese between two slices of bread.
03 - Dip each sandwich into the egg mixture, allowing them to soak for a few seconds on each side.
04 - In a skillet over medium heat, melt 1 tablespoon of butter. Place the sandwiches in the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
05 - Repeat with the remaining butter and second sandwich.
06 - Serve warm, dusted with powdered sugar, accompanied by jam or syrup if desired.
