01 - 1 1/2 cups finely grated Manchego cheese
02 - 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

04 - 6 slices Jamón Serrano or prosciutto, halved
05 - 6 slices chorizo, halved
06 - 12 seedless red grapes, halved
07 - 12 Marcona almonds
08 - 12 small cornichons or gherkins, halved
09 - 1/2 cup roasted red peppers, cut into strips
10 - 12 small basil leaves (optional)
11 - 1 tablespoon honey, for drizzling

# Instrucciones:

01 - Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
02 - Arrange tablespoon-sized mounds of Manchego cheese on the baking sheet, spacing them 2 inches apart. Sprinkle each with smoked paprika and black pepper.
03 - Bake for 7 to 8 minutes until melted and edges are golden. Remove from oven.
04 - While warm and flexible, use a spatula to transfer and press each cheese round into the wells of a mini muffin tin, creating cup shapes. Cool until set.
05 - Once firm, carefully remove the cheese cups and place on a serving platter.
06 - Fill each cup with a piece of Jamón Serrano, chorizo, half a grape, one Marcona almond, a strip of roasted red pepper, and half a cornichon.
07 - Top with basil leaf if desired. Lightly drizzle honey before serving.
