Manchego & Higos Crostini (Imprimir)

Un elegante aperitivo que combina queso Manchego con higos sobre pan crujiente, ideal para reuniones y celebraciones.

# Ingredientes:

→ Base

01 - 1 small baguette, sliced into 12 thin rounds
02 - 2 tablespoons olive oil

→ Topping

03 - 150 grams Manchego cheese, thinly sliced or shaved
04 - 6 fresh figs, halved or sliced (or 4 tablespoons fig jam if out of season)
05 - 1 tablespoon honey, optional
06 - Fresh thyme leaves, for garnish
07 - Flaky sea salt, to finish

# Instrucciones:

01 - Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F). Arrange baguette slices on a baking sheet and brush both sides with olive oil.
02 - Toast in the oven for 8 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crisp. Remove and let cool slightly.
03 - Top each crostini with a slice of Manchego and a fig piece (or a small spoonful of fig jam).
04 - Drizzle lightly with honey if desired, and sprinkle with fresh thyme and flaky sea salt. Serve immediately while the crostini are crisp.
